  • To ensure safe delivery of your package and that you receive your order within the time frame we advertise, please ensure your address is entered correctly.. We will not take responsibility if this information is entered incorrectly. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will contact you with the shipping fee for reshipment of the items.

  • Please note, since our products are custom to order, we will NOT issue refunds for items that are returned for any reason including but not limited to incorrect address.

  • Our products and shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Chazam, you will be held responsible for the shipping charges, 

  • If your tracking information has stated that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service or FedEx. Chazam does not take responsibility for packages that are stated to be delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that are shown delivered upon tracking.

  • Processing times for orders received is 3-5 business days from the date that the order is placed,as this will be the timeframe to customize your product, with advanced processing times possible. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a business day to process your order and 2-5 business days for delivery time depending on your location. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information

  • We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic) as well as FedEx.If your order is of multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will contact you. In the event we don’t hear from you within 1-2 business days, we would go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing a refund for the item(s) not in stock.*


Due to the customization of each product ALL sales are final and cannot be returned. Please ensure all text and images are correct.
