  • Do you offer bulk pricing?

  • Can I make a change to or cancel my order?

Answer: 

  1. Please verify that all personal information for your order is correct (name, font, spelling, monogram, color etc.) before checkout. 

  2. Due to the permanent customized nature of your item, we are unable to offer cancellations or changes once the production process has started.

  • Can I see confirmation of my design?

Answer: Due to high production volume, we are unable to offer proofs as it will slow down the production process. Please verify all customization before placing your order.

  • Order Damaged or Error?

Damaged:

We carefully inspect each item before packaging and shipment. If for any reason your Chazam  product arrives damaged, please send us a message within 24-hours with a picture of the damaged item. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Error:

If there is a mistake with your order that was caused by us, please bring it to our attention as soon as possible by emailing a message and photo of the error. We will ship a replacement within 3-5 business days.
